A CD of jazz as listened to in Julio Cortaza's Hopscotch

This compact disc is a compilation of the original music which is listened to by the characters in the cult novel Hopscotch. The compilation was put together by the "Comision Discadas" of the Institute of Patafphysical Studies.

Between the chapters 10 and 17 the characters of the novel (a collection of bohemians intellectuals from different countries) get together in a flat (in the Latin Quarter of Paris) and listen to jazz music.

The writing is woven into the music; there is a strong connection between the structure of the songs and the structure of the chapters, and the action.
